About
Born and raised in Far Rockaway, Shalom Jaroslawicz has been an integral part of the community for a long time.
As an active Hatzalah Ambulance Volunteer since 2014, he has helped many of our neighbors. In his role as Chief of Operations at Achiezer Community Resource Center, he was involved in all their community services and crisis intervention.
Having cared for patients in acute hospital and post-acute rehab settings, as well as working with pediatrics in urgent care settings, Shalom is experienced in adult, geriatric and pediatric needs.
Shalom is currently the lead provider at Prime MD Urgent Care in Woodmere, NY. There he leads a team of 20, including clinical providers, medical assistants, x-ray technicians and support staff.
